LM-D incorporates the Smart Spot technology for a repeatable welding process ensuring a wide depth of field and a stable laser firing already from the first pulses.

The new ergonomic design and low noise level ensure total operator comfort. The ECO function deactivates specific system components during periods of inactivity thereby ensuring reduced consumption.

Connected
LM-D features USB and Ethernet connectivity for welding recipes download/upload and software and firmware update. The LM-D machine can also be controlled remotely via smartphone, tablet or computer.

The laser source has been designed to guarantee high operating stability at both low and high power; fiber transport of the laser pulse provides a smaller beam diameter along with high stability of the laser spot, both in the initial transients and at various thermal loads of
the laser source.
The fully integrated cooling system is suitable for both small infill operations and extended use.
